HEYDAY'S - clean silver & gold
Musical instruments made of bare silver or silver plated instruments appeal with their undoubted charm and specific acoustic advantages. But by-and-by, their surfaces tarnish and must be polished again. Conventional polishes usually consist of sharp-edged abrasives, which increasingly cause metal abrasion over the years and therefore change your instrument’s distinct acoustic character.
But there is a solution…
HEYDAY'S - clean silver & gold is a new cleaning- and polishing fluid especially developed for silver plated instruments as well as full-silver instruments and other noble metal.
In contrast to common polishes, HEYDAY’S – clean silver & gold only removes the tarnish film and does not affect the base-metal. Specific, synthetic and round polishing particles gently clean the surface and polish it until it reaches a high gloss finish. During the polishing process, the particles disintegrate into smaller and smaller parts.
Benefits of HEYDAY’S – clean silver & gold:
- Gentle removal of soil and oxidation without metal abrasion
- Round polishing agents
- Water-based
- Easy use
- With temporary tarnishing protection
- Free of Thiourea
- Biodegradeable

HEYDAY'S - Instrument Care Cloth
Actually, we thought there might be enough quality cloths on the market for the instrument's care. But because we couldn’t find anything that knocked us off our feet, we developed our own cloths stamped out of high-tech fabric. But keep them away from housework maniacs – or they’ll be gone…
HEYDAY'S - silver protection
Beyond doubt, silver plated and massive silver musical instruments provide a certain charm and proven acoustic advantages.
Although silver is called a "noble metal" it tarnishes often very quickly by environmental influences or aggressive hand perspiration...
In the beginning the immediately appearing sulphuric- and chloridic layers diminish just only the gloss, but finally they become more and more a stable adherent brown or black film.
Frequent polishing keeps it shining but the surfaces get worn very quickly - most silver platings are literally polished to death.
That really unique product we are very proud of brings now the solution...
